HYDROGENCARBON CAPTURE

Barcelona-based investment firm Suma Capital has successfully closed its climate technology fund, SC Net Zero Ventures I, raising €210 million to support scale-ups focused on industrial decarbonization across Europe. This amount exceeds the fund's initial target of €150 million and aims to address the scale-up gap in high-emission sectors.

Key investors include Repsol and the European Investment Fund, along with several Spanish public institutions. The fund will target startups with validated technologies in various sectors, including low-carbon mobility and renewable energy storage.
