Sweco has been awarded a three-year framework agreement with Vattenfall, Sweden's largest electricity provider, valued at approximately SEK 600 million. Effective January 2026, this agreement extends their collaboration in technical consulting services across wind power, hydropower, thermal power, and nuclear power.

Sweco's role includes supporting Vattenfall's goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2040 through the development, maintenance, and innovation of energy facilities. The agreement also allows for a potential extension of up to two additional years.
