Talisman Metals has signed an agreement to acquire the Tirzzit copper project in Morocco from a subsidiary of Aya Silver & Gold for approximately £16,000. The Tirzzit project includes two mining licenses covering 16.5 km² and is located 85 km northeast of Talisman's Tizert project.

Talisman will also assign a noncore license in Boumadine to Aya's subsidiary. This acquisition enhances Talisman's project pipeline, leveraging historical exploration data for future development.
