RMI's climate tech accelerator, Third Derivative, has welcomed 18 startups from six countries, adding to its portfolio of over 280 companies. The program focuses on accelerating innovative solutions in hard-to-abate sectors like energy, buildings, and transportation.

Notable startups include those developing bamboo building systems, modular green hydrogen solutions, and recyclable wind turbines. Since its inception, Third Derivative has raised over $3.7 billion and created more than 4,400 jobs across 27 countries, highlighting its commitment to fostering global climate tech innovation.
