The TMS Group, led by George Economou, is expanding its shipbuilding program with a $1 billion order for four LNG carriers from Samsung Heavy Industries. This order boosts TMS Cardiff Gasás total to ten LNG carriers from three South Korean shipyards, with two deliveries anticipated in 2026.

The new vessels are part of a strategic focus on Liquefied Natural Gas and dual-fuel containerships, enhancing TMS's position in the maritime industry. Deliveries are scheduled by November 2028, marking a significant advancement in their fleet expansion.
