PATRIZIA and Mitsui & Co. have announced that Toho Gas will co-invest in YES Group, a renewable-energy company in Australia focused on solar generation and battery storage. This co-investment is part of the APAC Sustainable Infrastructure Fund (A-SIF), a collaboration between PATRIZIA and Mitsui. While PATRIZIA and YES Group have partnered since September 2020, this marks the first collaboration between PATRIZIA and Toho Gas, expanding PATRIZIA's network of Japanese investors and highlighting the synergy between European real assets managers and Asian investors in the energy transition in the Asia Pacific region.
