TotalEnergies Corbion has introduced an embossed, label-free PLA bottle in South Korea, designed for closed-loop recycling with Sansu. The bottle features integrated branding to simplify recycling, allowing it to enter recycling streams without additional processing.

Post-consumer bottles will undergo chemical recycling to produce new recycled Luminy PLA (rPLA). The initiative supports a circular economy and aims to reduce carbon footprint compared to conventional plastics.
