Trualt Bioenergy has set its initial public offering (IPO) price band between ₹472 and ₹496 per equity share, with subscriptions opening on September 25 and closing on September 29. Anchor investor allocations are scheduled for September 24.

The company plans to use ₹150.68 crore of the raised funds for expanding its ethanol production capabilities, with additional amounts allocated for working capital and corporate purposes. The IPO aims to reserve shares for various investor categories, and shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 3.
