Tyczka Hydrogen has acquired two hydrogen refuelling stations in Germany from MorGen Energy, located in Giengen an der Brenz and Hallstadt, to enhance hydrogen mobility initiatives. The stations, set to be upgraded for heavy-duty vehicles, will support Tyczka's projects in Augsburg and Ravensburg, with green hydrogen supplied from its Schweinfurt production site. The transaction, whose value remains undisclosed, is expected to be completed by January 2026, aligning with Bavarian funding efforts for hydrogen transport.
