UMS Integration's Q4 FY2025 earnings remained flat at S$11.1 million, with revenue down 1% to S$66.8 million. The company proposed a final dividend of S$0.02 per share, unchanged from FY2024. Semiconductor segment sales decreased by 1%, while other segments surged 45%.
