The University of Florida has chosen two developers, Edgemoor Infrastructure and Hines Interests Limited Partnership, as finalists for its new graduate campus in downtown Jacksonville. The campus will feature two buildings totaling 225,000 square feet, including the Florida Semiconductor Institute. Classes will begin in a renovated office building while the new structures are built, with the final developer selection to be expedited by Board Chair Mori Hosseini.
