US Energy to Finalize Long-term Helium Offtake Agreement in Q1 2026

US Energy is in talks with a global industrial gas company to finalize a helium offtake agreement by Q1 2026, predicting annual production of 12 million cubic feet of helium and 125,000 metric tonnes of refined CO2 at its Kevin Dome project in Montana. The company has completed final engineering designs and aims to establish an integrated industrial gas and carbon management hub. The project is estimated to rank among the top 20 carbon capture projects in the US.
