ValOre Metals Corp. has commenced Phase II metallurgical testwork for its Pedra Branca PGE project in northeastern Brazil, partnering with the University of Cape Town. This phase focuses on scaling up a bioleaching process and evaluating heap leaching scenarios, aiming for a Preliminary Economic Assessment by the end of 2026.

Initial Phase I results indicated potential palladium and platinum recoveries of 70-80%, while weathered material showed low recoveries. The project hosts an inferred resource of 2.2 million ounces of 2PGE+Au grading 1.08 g/t.
