Vanguard Receives Funding for Hydrogen HydroShunter; Network Rail Contracts Colas Rail UK

Vanguard Sustainable Transport Solutions has secured funding from the UK's Connected Places Catapult to showcase its hydrogen-powered HydroShunter vehicle. Additionally, Network Rail has contracted Colas Rail UK for 'Thunderbird' locomotives for train rescue operations on the East Coast Main Line, set to begin in January 2026.
