Vascon Engineers Ltd. has launched a Centre of Excellence for Construction and Real Estate Innovation at COEP, spanning 18,000 sq. ft. This facility will focus on research and deployment of new technologies in construction, developed in collaboration with CREDAI and the Indian Plumbing Association.

Key areas of focus include sustainable materials, robotics, smart infrastructure, and green practices. The inauguration marks the 50th anniversary of the founder's graduation from COEP.
