Veneto Region Appoints New Councillors with Unique Delegations Including Longevity and Space Economy
The Veneto Region has appointed new councillors with a unique mix of delegations. Paola Roma will oversee Social Affairs, Longevity, Third Sector Policies, Sports, and Housing Policies. Diego Ruzza is responsible for Transport and Public Works, including tariff integration and future Advanced Air Mobility promotion.
Elisa Venturini will manage the Environment and Integrated Water Cycle, while Marco Zecchinato will focus on Territory, UNESCO site enhancement, and migration flows. Elisa De Berti is appointed as Infrastructure advisor, overseeing the highway holding.
Additionally, Manuela Lanzarin will serve as shadow health advisor and president of the Health and Social Commission. The League has proposed a sixth delegation for Brothers of Italy (FdI) involving Labor, Culture, and Sports, with expectations for FdI to gain control of the Budget. Other delegations are being negotiated, including Infrastructure, Economic Policies, and Health.
