Vossloh has signed a framework agreement with Bane NOR to supply concrete sleepers to Norwegian railways over eight years, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by over 40% through advanced cement production. The initial order value is approximately €50 million for two years, with the potential for up to three million sleepers.

Sateba Norway, a Vossloh subsidiary, manufactures the sleepers using carbon capture technology. Vossloh aims to support Bane NOR's climate goals while ensuring quality and sustainability.
