Webmart Ltd has proposed the construction of a holiday cabin for its employees in Grange Wood, Scotland, as part of a planning bid to the Scottish Borders Council. The cabin, which will also be available for public rental, aims to utilize low-carbon construction and will be situated among existing structures without removing any trees, thereby preserving the site's biodiversity. The 164-acre woodland features 13,000 planted trees and 26 ponds, contributing to ecological integrity and carbon sequestration.
