On September 8, the Weining branch of the Bijie Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment in Guizhou Province announced the first public notice regarding the environmental impact assessment for the Weining 5GW XBC high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production project. Located on Gongye 4th Road in Wuligang Sub-District, the project will cover an area of 265.49 mu and is developed by Das Solar Co., Ltd. It will feature various structures including battery workshops, wastewater treatment stations, and dormitory buildings.
