The Westfield Washington Advisory Plan Commission reviewed a revised plan for the Ironstone planned unit development, now proposing 1,570 single-family homes and 230 townhomes, down from the original 1,750 homes and 250 townhomes. The development will include three subdivisions, enhanced masonry requirements, and a unified trail for pedestrians and golf carts, while preserving 97% of trees along the Monon Corner neighborhood and designating land for Westfield Washington Schools. A follow-up workshop is scheduled for February or March.
