SaxaVord Spaceport's ownership is dominated by two firms: Wild Ventures Ltd with nearly 60% and Global Prime Partners Ltd with over 20%. The company, which recently expanded its shareholder base from 147 to 161, is preparing for its official opening and the UK's first vertical satellite launch later this year.

Notable shareholders include the late Frank Strang's estate with over 4%. The spaceport has also made key senior appointments to support its launch operations.
