YIT has commenced construction of the Circular Economy Block in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki, featuring 70 right-of-occupancy apartments, 84 rental apartments for seniors, service spaces, and business premises. The project, developed by the Yrjö and Hanna Foundation, aims to promote sustainable urban living with a completion target of spring 2028.

The design emphasizes circular economy principles and includes renewable materials, geothermal heating, and solar energy. The project is part of Helsinki's Kehittyvä kerrostalo development program.
