465-Acre Agricultural Easement Secured in Onslow County by Working Lands Trust

DEFENSE

Working Lands Trust has completed an agricultural easement in Onslow County, conserving 465 acres of forested land. The easement, secured with landowner Troy Futral and family, is supported by state and federal partners, including the N.C.

Department of Agriculture and the Department of Defense. The initiative aims to preserve Onslow County's agricultural and forestry heritage while providing economic and environmental benefits.
