Approximately 60 people were injured in a loco train collision with a goods train inside the Pipalkoti tunnel of the Vishnugad-Pipalkoti Hydroelectric Project in Uttarakhand. The incident, involving 109 workers, occurred late Tuesday evening, with all injured individuals reported to be stable after evacuation. The project, operated by THDC (India), is expected to generate 111 megawatts and is slated for completion next year.
