In 2025, Ireland saw a wave of significant financial transactions, including Activate Capital and KKR's launch of a €770 million residential development lending platform with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund. AIB entered a €2 billion risk transfer agreement, while Mallinckrodt spun off its Par Health business to Keenova.
