AD Ports Group Forms Joint Venture with CEI Supply Chain to Enhance Logistics in South Asia

AD Ports Group has formed a joint venture with Pakistan's CEI Supply Chain, acquiring a 51% stake to develop a logistics network in South Asia, focusing on sectors such as automotive and energy. The partnership aims to integrate port infrastructure with inland logistics and enhance AD Ports' global logistics arm, Noatum Logistics. Additionally, AD Ports has secured over AED 30 billion in agreements to develop LNG and LPG hubs at Khalifa Port, set to begin operations by mid-2028 and 2033, respectively, positioning the port as a key player in low-carbon energy logistics.
