ADNOC Logistics and Services (ADNOC L&S) achieved a net profit of AED3.169 billion ($863 million) in 2025, marking a 14% increase year-on-year. Revenue rose 41% to AED18.422 billion ($5.016 billion), driven by market demand and operational execution.

The company reported strong EBITDA growth of 32% to AED5.562 billion ($1.515 billion). ADNOC L&S was included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, attracting an expected $200 million in passive capital inflows.
