Advanced Functional Fabrics of America (AFFOA) has appointed four new members to its Board of Directors to advance its goals in functional fabric technology and national security. Francisco J. Martinez, Vice President of R&D at Bethel Industries, will lead efforts in product development and government relations, drawing on his expertise in defense applications.
