Airco Process Technology has been contracted by bioconstruct GmbH to provide a comprehensive gas treatment package for Finland's largest biogas facility, which will process approximately 600,000 tonnes annually. The facility, developed by Nivalan Biokaasu Oy and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, will include an amine-based biogas upgrading unit, two BioLNG units, and a CO₂ purification and liquefaction unit, producing around 36 tonnes of bioLNG and 77 tonnes of biogenic CO₂ daily. This project marks a significant advancement in renewable energy in Finland.
