DEFENSE
Alta Ares, a French startup established in Ukraine, has developed an AI-powered interception system called Pixel-Loc, which has improved success rates against loitering munitions from 30% to 60%. The company plans to produce 1,000 interceptor drones monthly and aims to generate €20 million in revenue by 2026, following recognition with a NATO award. With Ukraine's projected need for 20,000 interceptor drones, Alta Ares is also working on its own models, including the high-speed X-Lock.
