The Ann Arbor City Council has unanimously approved a 35-home development, The Enclave of Ann Arbor, on an eight-acre site at 2857 Packard Road, pending site plan review. The project, led by Robertson Brothers Homes, will feature single-story condos and includes provisions for no natural gas connections except for emergencies, alongside a $22,000 contribution for park improvements. While the development will result in the removal of 74 out of 86 landmark trees, it is less intensive than a previously rejected plan for 51 homes.
