Canada Company: Many Ways to Serve announced a leadership transition as it prepares for its 20th anniversary in 2026. Effective January 2, 2026, Anthony Robb, currently Director of Operations, will become Managing Director, responsible for strategic leadership, operations oversight, and partnerships to support military personnel and their families.

Robb served as a combat engineer in the Canadian Army for nearly 24 years. The organization thanked outgoing leader Marie Claire for her nine years of service and noted her continued involvement in a new role. The transition aims to enhance Canada Company's mission and impact, particularly in supporting service members and their families.
