This acquisition, part of Arada's strategy to expand in the UK residential market, aligns with the New Southwark Plan aimed at increasing housing supply and supporting local regeneration efforts. The project marks Arada's third development in Southwark, contributing to a pipeline of over 16,000 homes with plans to reach 30,000 units.
