Arcadis has launched Arca Sun, a digital tool designed to optimize feasibility studies for solar photovoltaic projects by centralizing all study phases and enhancing efficiency. Implemented in about ten projects, it analyzes solar production and self-consumption across all hours of the year, while also addressing regulatory requirements and evaluating existing structures for load-bearing capacity and environmental influences. The tool's development involved a partnership with Autodesk to incorporate 3D building models.
