Arcfield has acquired Rite-Solutions, a Rhode Island-based software and IT provider, enhancing its national security capabilities. The acquisition will bolster Arcfield's expertise in undersea warfare and naval systems, complementing its existing nuclear surety and missile engineering strengths.

This strategic move aims to deliver advanced systems engineering and all-domain mission operations to U.S. government customers. Rite-Solutions, founded in 2000, specializes in technology solutions for the Navy and reported approximately $82.7 million in unclassified prime contract revenue over the past year.

This acquisition is Arcfield's third since its formation in 2021, supported by Veritas Capital's Vantage Fund, focused on midsized government market companies. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
