Army Issues Presolicitation for $270 Million Integrated Test and Evaluation Support Services Contract

The Department of the Army has announced a presolicitation for a potential $270 million contract for integrated test and evaluation support services, to be competed under the Marketplace for the Acquisition of Professional Services (MAPS) framework. The contract will assess operational effectiveness and suitability across various mission areas, including air defense, aviation systems, and cyber assurance, with responses due by April 17. Covering a seven-year period starting in October 2026, the contract will support key Army installations such as Aberdeen Proving Ground and Fort Bliss.
