Australia Invests A$300 Million in RAAF Air Mission Training System with CAE Australia

The Australian government has announced an investment of over A$300 million in the Future Air Mission Training System (F-AMTS) for the Royal Australian Air Force, aiming to increase training capacity by 70%. The program, developed by CAE Australia, will incorporate advanced simulation and real-world training for new platforms, with the first graduates expected by 2028 and the creation of 140 jobs during acquisition. Additionally, Lockheed Martin Australia has enhanced pilot training capabilities at RAAF Base Pearce with new flight training devices.
