Axle Point Capital has finalized its first major investment in Odyssey Space Research, a provider of flight software and engineering services for U.S. space and defense programs. This strategic investment was made in partnership with the ONE Bow River National Defense Fund, which supplied the equity capital.

The deal showcases Axle Point's capacity to access specialized markets in aerospace and defense. Odyssey recently secured a NASA contract, the RPOC V, worth five years for integrated guidance and flight software integration for vehicles approaching the International Space Station.

Founded in 2003, Odyssey is located near NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston and has an office in Boulder, Colorado. Axle Point aims to invest in complex sectors, collaborating with management teams to enhance growth and enterprise value.
