Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense Industry, Vugar Mustafayev, announced that private companies are now supplying products to the Armed Forces under state orders. He highlighted ongoing modernization efforts at defense enterprises, including renovations and increased digitalization and automation.

The enhancements have improved production capabilities, ensuring timely execution of defense orders and expanding export potential. Currently, 15 licensed private companies are active in the defense sector, specializing in drone technologies, artificial intelligence, electronics, radio-electronic warfare, and missile systems. Mustafayev noted that several private firms have successfully delivered products to the Armed Forces.
