Bank of Montreal Finances $73M Acquisition of Virginia Beach Retail Complex
DEFENSE
Yale Realty Services has obtained $73.4 million in financing from Bank of Montreal to acquire Landstown Commons Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA, for a total of $102 million from an undisclosed REIT. The 408,000-square-foot retail complex, which opened in late 2006, features key anchor tenants including Best Buy and Old Navy.
