A Beechcraft 1900D turboprop aircraft crashed in northern Colombia, killing all 15 people on board, including congressional candidate Diógenes Quintero. The flight, operated by Satena, lost contact with air traffic control shortly before midday while traveling from Cúcuta to Ocaña.
