Belarus Begins Combat Readiness Inspections of Military Units

DEFENSE

Belarus has commenced combat readiness inspections of its military units, as announced by Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin, to assess personnel's preparedness and equipment deployment. These inspections will be conducted unexpectedly and will precede a comprehensive exercise focused on new tactics and unmanned aerial vehicles. This initiative is distinct from a larger-scale inspection ordered by President Lukashenko that began on January 16 and will continue until spring.
