B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited reported a normalized net profit of 2,143 million baht for 2025, down 3.8% from 2024, with EBITDA at 14,686 million baht, a 2% decline. Total electricity sales rose by 0.7% to 15,284 GWh, driven by renewable energy projects.

The company synchronized 43.9 MW of new industrial users and expanded its renewable portfolio by over 166 MW. B.Grimm Power also transitioned towards becoming a 'Digital Infrastructure as a Service' provider, while maintaining strong ESG performance and announcing a dividend of 0.412 baht per share for 2025.
