Bharat Forge Signs ₹1,661.9 Crore Small Arms Contract with Indian Defence Ministry

Bharat Forge has secured a significant small arms contract worth ₹1,661.9 crore with the Indian Defence Ministry to supply over 2.55 lakh CQB carbines to the Indian Army over five years. In related news, RITES received a $3.6 million order from Zimbabwe for locomotives, while Dynacons Systems won a ₹249 crore contract from the Reserve Bank of India for software maintenance and training. Additionally, PowerGrid was recognized for a major battery energy storage project in Andhra Pradesh.
