BlockFuel Energy has acquired oil and gas assets in Oklahoma for $12.5 million, bolstering its energy-backed digital infrastructure, while a merger with Innovation Beverage Group is anticipated to finalize by Q1 2026. Additionally, BlockFuel has partnered with Greenbelt Industries to establish a digital asset mining facility in Sharjah, UAE, with ownership divided 50.75% to Greenbelt and 49.25% to BlockFuel, and initial oil sales have commenced. Plans are also in place to integrate natural gas power generation with the mining operations.
