The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has successfully maintained the Srinagar-Leh national highway this winter, ensuring connectivity to Ladakh despite challenging icy conditions and relatively low snowfall. Project Vijayak is actively conducting snow clearing operations at the critical Zoji La pass, which usually closes from December to April, while the Chief Secretary of Ladakh has been updated on these efforts.
