Buckeye Energy Brokers Proposes Gas Aggregation Deal to Hubbard Township
NATURAL GAS
Thomas Bellish, president of Buckeye Energy Brokers Inc., proposed a gas aggregation program to Hubbard Township officials after the county selected a different plan. With the current natural gas term ending in March, he emphasized that Buckeye's rates of approximately $4.93 per mcf are more competitive than those offered by the county and raised concerns about the county's choice of aggregator due to legal issues and lack of certification. Four communities have opted to remain with Buckeye following the county's decision.
