The Bulgarian Navy has received Hrabri, the first ship of a new class of light corvettes known as multi-mission modular patrol vessels (MMPVs). Hrabri is part of a planned class of two vessels to be constructed by MTG Dolphin Shiprepair and Shipbuilding under a contract worth approximately US$593 million. The ship will undertake missions including anti-surface warfare, anti-submarine warfare, and anti-air warfare.
