California Ethanol + Power's Sugar Valley Energy project has passed an independent engineering review, bringing the $1 billion biorefinery closer to construction in Brawley, California. The facility will convert sugarcane into over 73 million gallons of ethanol, 771 million cubic feet of renewable natural gas, and 41 megawatts of electricity annually, supporting California's clean fuel goals and local agriculture.
