Cameroon Enhances National Cybersecurity with New Technology at CIRT

Cameroon has bolstered its national cybersecurity by upgrading the Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) technology with a World Bank-funded project, valued at over FCFA 735 million. The new systems, which include servers and vulnerability scanning tools, will enhance digital inclusion and protect critical infrastructure, as CIRT processes significant data and legal requisitions nationwide.
